The 8 & 10 bar oil free compressors are high efficient 2-stage, 2 cylinders reciprocating water cooled air compressors mounted on a base plate equipped with anti-vibration mounts and includes:

  • Electric motor with 1,0 Service Factor and V-belt transmission
  • Intercoolers between each stage and an after-cooler
  • Low pressure hot galvanised air receiver

  • Piston Rods: Constructed from high-resilience stainless steel with a chromium-plated finish for enhanced durability and a wear-resistant surface.
  • Crossheads: The optimal ratio between connecting rod length and crank radius (nearly 5:1), along with a large pressure-lubricated crosshead area, ensures maximum lifespan.
  • Connecting Rods: The main bearings, made from white metal, are designed for extended durability and longevity.
  • Bearings: All bearings are pressure-lubricated by a gear-driven pump for consistent performance.
  • Crankshaft: Supported by two self-aligning bearings with double-row rollers for perfect alignment. Counterweights ensure excellent balance, with rotational speeds ranging from 400 to 750 rpm.
