The 15-40 bar oil free PET compressor is a high efficient 3-stage, 3 cylinders reciprocating water cooled air compressor mounted on a base plate equipped with anti-vibration mounts and includes:

  • Electric motor with 1,0 Service Factor and V-belt transmission
  • Intercoolers between each stage and an after-cooler
  • High pressure hot galvanised air receiver

  • Efficient Design: Only two cross-head assemblies, two connecting rods, and related bearings, with no piston rod packing on the 3rd stage, eliminating the need for sealing against 40 bar pressure.

  • Optimized Performance: Smaller, horizontally positioned 2nd and 3rd stages extend piston ring life.
